Yes of course, a detailed quotation can be emailed to you or if for a small item a verbal quotation may be able to be passed onto you directly.

We do have a display showroom, with examples of the different types of stock available. Naturally this does not cover all items, and catalogues are available both on line and from us for your viewing.

This varies on the size of the order and also if item is in stock or must be ordered from suppliers that could be interstate. We will be able to discuss the turn around time for your specific order.

Payments can be made into my bank account directly via EFT, and banking details will be noted on your tax invoice. I am sorry we do not accept credit cards at the moment.

It is great to receive information via email so that all is in writing with the correct spelling and lay out. If there are large quantities of plaques that are required for trophies I will discuss with you the set up of an excel spreadsheet with the necessary information in it. This will enable us to import the correct information that you pass onto us, therefore eliminating spelling mistakes in the transfer process. If it is a small item we can discuss your requirements over the phone or in person.

Quite often logo from web sites, business cards etc will not be of great quality when they are enlarged and engraved onto awards, plaques etc. Laser engraving equipment can be very precise and will engrave the fuzzy outline of logos. High definition logos are naturally the best for us. As you can see below there are two different tupes of logos and the one on the left would be ok compared to the one on the right.

We know that it is hard to remember exactly what it was that you had previously ordered for your club, business or association. We keep on file the product line details to make yours and our life easier. Most of the time your item will be still available, however sometimes items do get discontinued. We will assist you to find a similar item and a similar price. Note of course prices from suppliers may change over time.

We try to make sure that all items are handed over to our customers in their boxes for safety in travelling to eliminate all breakages. It is very rare but if the product is damaged or there is an error that is our fault we will replace the product ASAP at our cost.

If you have made an error or the damage has happened once the items are handed over, we will replace the product ASAP but will need to charge you for the replacements at the total original unit cost plus shipping cost that may apply to us for small orders.

We do not engrave rings at all.
If it is expensive or sentimental jewellery, please do not bring it in for engraving as we would prefer not to just in case. Any jewellery provided to us is engraved completely at your risk.
We may, at our discretion, accept certain pendants and FLAT items of jewellery to engrave. We would prefer if you were to take these precious items to a specialized jewellery engraver.
Note we will tell you directly if we do not feel comfortable in engraving a certain item, and if we do take on the project, we will take the utmost care in engraving however we cannot be held accountable for errors or issues that arise during this process. (Power Failures, movements etc) We cannot under any circumstances replace this item, but naturally you will not be charged for the engraving.

Changes after you have placed your order may delay the process. We can discuss your situation especially if your items have been specially ordered. Engraving plaques can naturally be changed if already completed however this may be at an additional cost to you. Please ask if you have any questions at all.
